As the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Perspecta, April leads the company’s strategic operations, driving excellence in client management, production efficiency, and service delivery. With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and workers’ compensation industries, April is recognized for her visionary leadership and commitment to innovation.
Prior to being named CEO, April served as Chief Operating Officer and President of Group Health & Government. In these roles, she leveraged her deep expertise in operations, strategy, and client-focused solutions to address complex industry challenges. Before co-founding Perspecta, April held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations at national and regional managed care companies. April’s expertise spans optimizing operations, enhancing product capabilities, and fostering innovation to deliver measurable value to clients.
